The web service can be integrated in some of the most common conferencing systems (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet). An extension for Google Chrome and a mobile app that works both on Android and iOS are also available.
Otter only supports transcribing conversations using the English language, but it can recognize many foreign and regional accents to adapt the speech recognition process to account for them and get a better accuracy. Conversations can be archived and exported as well.
Unfortunately, using the service requires a subscription plan; several plans are offered, accounting for different needs. However, a free plan with decent usage tiers is also provided.
