In this page from its developer. you can find references to all documentation resources available for Math Capable Assistive Technology (MathCAT), an open source library aimed at generating speech, braille, and navigation for Math formulas for assistive technology users. MathCAT will eventually eventually replace MathPlayer (which is no longer being developed), but unfortunately at the time of writing it still lacks some critical features.

While MathCAT is developed in Rust, it provides several bindings to be used from within different programming languages: at the time of writing these include C/C++, Python and Java.

An interactive application to demonstrate some of MathCAT features is also available.
