Tesseract User Manual

As the name implies, this is the User Manual for [Tesseract]({{z ref “tesseract.md” }}), an open source project that provides both an OCR engine (available as a library) and a command line tool that provides all the features a standalone OCR solution should provide.

Along with some general information on the project itself, in the Tesseract user manual you can find instructions on how to use the library (along with code examples), how to build and run the tool, train your own network to make it suit more specific needs, and tips on how to leverage image processing to maximize the accuracy of the OCR process.
