EPUB Accessibility Techniques 1.1

Published as a working group note by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), EPUB Accessibility Techniques is a document that provides guidance on how to meet the EPUB Accessibility discovery and accessibility requirements for EPUB publications.

EPUB accessibility techniques does not contain techniques or best practices already covered either by Techniques for WCAG 2.1 or WAI-ARIA if there are no substantive differences with regards to their application to EPUB publications. However, given the nature of the EPUB format, they can be applied as well.
