Text to Speech - IBM Watson

Quoting its official web page, “IBM Watson Text to Speech is an API cloud service that enables you to convert written text into natural-sounding audio in a variety of languages and voices”. According to IBM, the service can be leveraged to improve customer experience and engagement, increase accessibility, provide audio options to avoid distracted driving, or automate customer service interactions to eliminate hold times. Voices parameters such as speech rate, pitch and intonation can be adjusted.
