LaTeX2HTML is a command line tool that allows you to convert LaTeX documents into their equivalent HTML representation. It extracts key components from the LaTeX document (section titles, text, figures, table of contents, etc.), and tries to convert into an equivalent representation suitable for being embedded in a web page.

This effectively allows you to generate an alternative representation of a LaTeX document, that can be potentially much more accessible than its corresponding PDF document; unfortunately, LaTeX2HTML does not always produce perfect results, therefore requiring manual editing to get the final web page right. However, it can be a huge time saver, and effectively help you tackle the problem of creating an accessible artifact from your LaTeX document..
