When it comes to making a website or application accessible, sometimes it is tempting to elaborate different designs to accommodate people with different needs. In this guide from WebAIM you can find a brief overview how the pros and cons of this choice when compared to the available alternative: a single design, that tries to accommodate all needs of people with disabilities.

Personal opinion: I strongly believe that we should push for single designs accommodating as many people as possible, unless that is technically impossible. Having multiple designs for a single website or applications increases maintenance, not mentioning the risk of having different feature sets: some features, for example, might be available just for a design, and not for the others.
